Where are you located?

I work almost exclusively online, aside from workshops I host in and around the area of Basel, Switzerland.

What is your hourly rate?

All prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Do you take insurance?

I do not work with any insurance providers.  You are welcome to submit the invoice to insurance, and depending on your provider, partial coverage may be possible.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Any appointment must be canceled 24 hours prior to the session.  Appointments cancelled within the 24 hours must be paid in full.

What if I can’t make it to one of the classes I signed up for?

The course is purchased as a group of classes, and therefore not refundable for each class missed. In the event of an emergency and the remainder of a course cannot be attended, a refund can be discussed on a case by case basis.

How can I pay for my session?

Invoices are sent prior to the session. Payment can be made via bank transfer in any currency. Within Switzerland Twint and cash payments are also possible.

What is the length of a therapy session?

I offer 60 and 90 minute sessions. We can discuss the option that best suits you in a discovery call.
