about osoa

OSOA

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

I'm Meagan Browett, a Feldenkrais Practitioner and mind body coach.   I developed my offering from a cumulation of my experiences over the past 10 years, where I studied and worked in 5 different countries.  I have been described as a warm, compassionate and kind practitioner.

Osoa means "whole" in Basque. The Basque-land of Spain is where I spent four years studying the works of Moshe Feldenkrais, and this name is a nod to those four transformative years. Osoa represents my intention--to help you heal your pain, tension, and other chronic symptoms, and in doing so help you to rediscover and connect to the wholeness that exists inside each of you.

I am passionate about all things related to mind body wellbeing, and I'm on a mission to help you heal your body and mind, and find in yourself a sense of wholeness that stays, no matter what life brings.

I offer individual lessons and group classes, in person and online, with  a  free 20 minute consultation to begin.
