Learn how to heal your body pain by beginning at the first and essential step: befriending the nervous system.
In this class we look through a polyvagal lens at how your body is designed to work, and how you can work with it, not against it. Maybe you feel you have tried all sorts of approaches to heal and now you just feel "what's wrong with me?"' You can rest assured that deep down, your body can heal.
Combining the latest knowledge in neuroscience, this course will safely bring about greater nervous system wellbeing through a series of guided explorations and exercises. If you've been searching for something, anything, that can bring healing and movement in all aspects of your life, then this class is for you.

Dive Into Your Subconscious: IFS Drawing Into Self
Deeper than mindfulness. More insightful than journaling. And no skill is needed-- just the ability to make marks on a page and the curiosity to explore. Through the method developed by Ruth Culver, Internal Family Systems Drawing into Self, we creatively tap into subconscious in a polyvagal led exploration. We will explore gently and safely the parts of yourself that come up around chronic pain.
The goal of this course is not to "make art," but rather to bring awareness to internal somatic states. As an extension of Internal Family Systems therapy, this playful externalisation can bring deep insights into your subconscious and you will be left with a deep feeling of calm, clarity, and understanding of your system (and probably a lot of curiosity!).

Be the Calm in the Chaos
Parents and full-time caregivers, this class is for you. Attending to children can leave you constantly feeling pulled in multiple directions, and result in feeling discombobulated, out of sorts, and lacking internal organisation.
This class focuses on bringing balance to the nervous system through a combination of gentle somatic explorations and nervous system awareness. You will delve into your own system and learn how to build resources, track your systems, and ultimately, be a calm and sturdy presence.
